Agility opens new facility in Malaysia

Agility has opened a new logistics hub near Kuala Lumpur, boosting the company's total warehouse capacity in Malaysia to more than 34,000 m2.

The new 13,000 m2 facility in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam has twelve loading docks and 14,000 pallet positions, as well as dedicated areas for pick and pack, kitting to line operations, consolidation and deconsolidation, cross docking, RMA programs, and reverse logistics.

5,000 m2 of space within the facility will be used as a bonded area.

The new facility also includes offices, which will become the new headquarters for Agility in Malaysia.

The logistics hub is located in the central Klang Valley, close to the major highway network and 45 minutes from North Port and Westport and also Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
