Damco has introduced a new LCL service from Asia to the Baltic countries with guaranteed weekly arrivals.

The new LCL service enables Damco's customers to source directly from any origin in Asia through Damco's mega hub in Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia to the final delivery point in the Baltics.

According to Kenneth Nielsen, Damco's Baltic country manager, companies sourcing in Asia and importing to Eastern Europe often had to source via Gothenburg or St. Petersburg.  This new LCL service enables logistics managers located anywhere from the south of Belorussia to the north of the three Baltic countries to count on the arrival of their consignments on the doorstep every week.

Damco's network also covers Latvia, Lithuania, Belorussia, and Kaliningrad. Damco's customers can source from multiple origins and consolidate at Damco's mega-hubs in Tanjung Pelepas, Kaohsiung, Jebel Ali, Panama, Singapore, Rotterdam, and Hong Kong.
